The Drasshka build sprawling cities known as Rootspires, where stone towers twist with living trees, and bridges are woven from colossal vines. Each Rootspire is governed by a Scale Council — a gathering of the eldest bonded pairs, whose reptilian companions often serve as both advisors and living symbols of wisdom.

Their bonds are typically formed with reptiles and amphibians — snakes, crocodiles, giant geckos, or great jungle toads — granting powers tied to growth, regeneration, and venom. Through these bonds, they commune with the natural spirits of the jungle, which they call the Great Coil, a cyclical force of creation, consumption, and renewal.

The Drasshka rarely wage open war, but when provoked, the jungle itself rises with them — roots twist, mists thicken, and predators strike unseen. They maintain a wary watch on both the Emberborn to the west and the Solari to the north, viewing both as disruptive flames that threaten the sacred balance of their lands.
